Phishing emails under CGTrader name

I just got random email from "Crissy" with random gmail address.

"Hey yaschan, I wanted to ask about - 388 models on CGTrader. Has it sold yet? The listed price is fine with me. Thank you."

I asked what is this about.
The person then proceeded with clearly phishing email.

Action required: complete seller identity verification to keep your store active.
